{"id":68,"date":"2021-05-08T15:43:00","date_gmt":"2021-05-08T13:43:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dr-singer.net\/blog\/?p=68"},"modified":"2021-05-28T15:53:19","modified_gmt":"2021-05-28T13:53:19","slug":"butter-kokosoel-olivenoel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dr-singer.net\/blog\/2021\/05\/08\/butter-kokosoel-olivenoel\/","title":{"rendered":"Butter, Kokos\u00f6l, Oliven\u00f6l?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Literatur und klinische Studien zeigen, dass Kokos\u00f6l das Gesamtcholesterin und das LDL-Cholesterin (Low Density Lipoprotein) st\u00e4rker erh\u00f6ht als unges\u00e4ttigte Pflanzen\u00f6le, aber geringer als Butter (Eyres et al, 2016).&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Obwohl Butter und Kokos\u00f6l ges\u00e4ttigte Fetts\u00e4uren sind, ist die Wirkung von Kokos\u00f6l in Bezug auf die Erh\u00f6hung des LDL-Werts eher mit Oliven\u00f6l vergleichbar (Khaw et al, 2018).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Auch der Anstieg des \u201eguten\u201c HDL-Cholesterin (High Density Lipoprotein) durch Kokos\u00f6l ist inzwischen belegt; ob dieser Effekt klinisch relevant ist, werden weitere Studien zeigen (Santos et al, 2019).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Khaw, et al (2018) berichten von einem signifikanten Anstieg des \u201eguten\u201c HDL-Cholesterins (High Density Lipoprotein) durch Kokos\u00f6l im Vergleich zu Oliven\u00f6l und Butter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Verh\u00e4ltnis Gesamtcholesterin zu HDL-Cholesterin und das Non-HDL-Cholesterin steigen bei Butterkonsum h\u00f6her an, als bei der Verwendung von Kokos\u00f6l und Oliven\u00f6l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Cochrane-Review zeigt, dass das Einschr\u00e4nken von ges\u00e4ttigten Fetts\u00e4uren das Risiko f\u00fcr Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen verringert (2021).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie lauten die meisten Empfehlungen: Ges\u00e4ttigte Fetts\u00e4uren sollen nicht mehr als 10 % der Gesamtkalorienmenge ausmachen.
