Diese sogenannte <strong>Cortisol-Awakening-Response<\/strong> bereitet den K\u00f6rper auf Aktivit\u00e4t vor: Energiereserven werden mobilisiert, Aufmerksamkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft nehmen zu, und die Leber setzt vermehrt Glukose frei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kaffee kann die Cortisolaussch\u00fcttung zus\u00e4tzlich erh\u00f6hen.
