Kurz innehalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zur\u00fcck zur Mitte, dann \u00fcber den linken Oberschenkel beugen und den Oberk\u00f6rper zur rechten Seite und nach oben bewegen, der Blick bleibt auf den linken Fu\u00df gerichtet.
